To bring your items back to Canada, you’ll need to have your importer number from the CRA and ensure your CARM account is registered with our broker.
Once your package arrives at one of our US return facilities, you can request it to be returned to Canada directly from your Stallion account.
To do this, just head to the Returns tab. You can review the Return Terms and Conditions here.
US Return Requirements
To successfully process a return, please make sure you have completed the following:
- Signed POA/Returns Agreement Form with your importer number.
- Complete CARM Registration and link it to your Stallion account.
- Return in Ready status – all return details must be complete, including product contents and declared value.
- Service marked as Return Requested – the return service fee must be paid.
