- Log in to your account and click on the Account icon in the upper right corner.
- Select the Stallion Protection tab.
- Click on the New Claim tab, or scroll to the bottom of the Overview page and click File a Claim Now.
Required Details:
- Shipment ID - found on the Shipments tab. Go to the specific order, this can be found on the upper right corner of the page.
- Claim Type - choose if Lost or Damaged
- Supporting Invoice - Commercial invoice from your store/selling platform containing recipient information and order details.
- Package Contents
- Reason for Claim - select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.
- Claim Amount
- Currency

Additional Notes - any further information to support your claim.
Note: Photos and Proof of Refund/Replacement are required for Damage claims
