How do I make a claim?

  1. Log in to your account and click on the Account icon in the upper right corner. 
  2. Select the Stallion Protection tab.
  3. Click on the New Claim tab, or scroll to the bottom of the Overview page and click File a Claim Now.
 
 
Required Details:
 
  • Shipment ID - found on the Shipments tab. Go to the specific order, this can be found on the upper right corner of the page.
  • Claim Type - choose if Lost or Damaged
  • Supporting Invoice - Commercial invoice from your store/selling platform containing recipient information and order details.
  • Package Contents
  • Reason for Claim - select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.
  • Claim Amount
  • Currency
  • Additional Notes - any further information to support your claim.
     

    Note: Photos and Proof of Refund/Replacement are required for Damage claims
