Instructions for using our Drop & Go Locations

We've partnered with third-party local businesses to help bring Stallion to more Canadians across Ontario.

Please note that these are just drop-off points, therefore, no Stallion employees will be on-site. 
Supplies and workstations at these establishments are not affiliated with Stallion. Any use of these services will be subject to fees (by the store), billed at your expense.

Instructions for Using Our Drop-Off Locations:

1. Prepare Your Packages: Ensure all items are in ready-to-ship condition.

 If you are using third-party postage (e.g., UPS or FedEx), you must input the tracking number into our system.

2. Check Cutoff Times: Verify the specific cutoff time for your chosen location to ensure same-day pickup. 
Parcels dropped off after the cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day. 
Pickups currently occur Monday through Friday.
 
3. Notify Staff: Inform the store staff that your packages are for Stallion.
 
4. Consolidate Shipments: Please try to group your packages together. If needed, the store will provide bags for multiple items at no cost.

If you are a high-volume shipper in these regions, please contact us to see if you qualify for pickup directly from your warehouse location.
