How to Track a Shipment
There are three ways to track a shipment through Stallion:
- Stallion Track Page — the public tracking portal
- Track tab in your account — search by tracking number
- Shipments list — view tracking details and full scan history for any shipment
Method 1 — Stallion Track Page
Visit the public Stallion tracking page and enter your tracking number. This page is available to anyone — you can share the link with your customers so they can check delivery progress without needing a Stallion account.
Method 2 — Track Tab in Your Account
Go to Track. Enter a tracking number to see the full tracking history, including all scan events and status updates.
Method 3 — From the Shipments List
Go to Shipments. Find the shipment you want to track and click the tracking number to view current status. You can also open Shipment History to see all scan events in chronological order, including timestamps and locations.
International Tracking
For international shipments, tracking continues through the destination carrier after the package leaves Stallion's network:
- APC Logistics — handles tracking for international shipments to destinations worldwide
- PostNL — handles tracking for European and other international destinations
Once your shipment has been handed off to the international carrier, tracking updates will come from their network. You can track directly on the carrier's tracking portal using the same tracking number.
Good to know: Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after a scan event. If a package shows no movement for several days, contact Stallion support for assistance.
