Shipment actions are the things you do after a shipment exists — opening details, editing, printing, voiding, duplicating, exporting, or archiving.
Shipment Actions
Learn what you can do with a shipment — view details, edit, duplicate, void, archive, export, and more, with practical examples of when to use each action.
Accessing actions
Single-shipment actions are available from the row action menu (three-dot icon) or the shipment detail sidebar. Bulk actions appear in the toolbar at the top of the table when one or more shipments are selected using the row checkboxes.
Step 1: Open the shipment details or select shipments in the list
Click a shipment row to open the detail sidebar for a single shipment. To act on multiple shipments at once, check the boxes on the rows you want.
Step 2: Choose the action that matches the task
| Action | When available | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase Label | Awaiting Purchase | Buys the label and deducts from wallet |
| Print Label | Purchased | Sends label to printer or downloads PDF |
| Edit | Before purchase | Opens the shipment form to change details |
| Edit Tags | Any status | Adds or removes tags |
| Add to Batch / Remove from Batch | Any status | Manages batch membership |
| Export | Any status | Downloads shipment data as CSV |
| Void | Purchased, not yet scanned | Cancels the label and initiates a refund |
| Duplicate | Any status | Creates a new shipment pre-filled with the same details |
| Archive | Any status | Hides the shipment from the default list view |
Good to know: Some actions are only available before label purchase. Once a label is purchased and scanned by the carrier, voiding is no longer possible.
Step 3: Confirm the result in the shipment list
After an action is completed, check the shipment list or detail view to confirm the status, tracking, batch membership, or printed/exported result updated as expected.
On mobile
On mobile, shipment actions are usually accessed from the shipment card action menu instead of a full desktop-style toolbar.
