Return handling has a fee. Domestic (Canada) and US-originated returns use different pricing. Your Returns area in the app shows current US return pricing if it changes.
Return Fees
A clear breakdown of what Stallion Express charges for domestic and US returns — including how domestic fees are calculated and the flat US return fee.
Step 1: See fees and your US return address
- Open Returns in the sidebar.
- Confirm current US return pricing on the Returns experience (pricing can update over time).
- Copy your Stallion US return address from the same area to give customers a US destination for returns.
Good to know: The US address is unique to your account. Use it only for returns, not as a general-purpose public address.
Domestic returns (Canada)
The return fee matches the original outbound postage for that shipment (same service and rate basis as when the return label is generated).

US returns
US returns are billed a flat per-package fee plus applicable tax (for example $4.99 plus tax — confirm the live rate under Returns). Your customer ships to your Stallion US address with any US carrier; after the package is received, you request movement back to Canada. The fee covers consolidation and delivery to your Stallion pickup location.
