Tabs
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Products | Search, filter, add, edit, CSV import, export |
| Bundles | SKU bundles (see Product Bundles) |
| CUSMA | Certificate submissions (cross-border USMCA) |
| Product Groups | Rule-based collections (Product Groups) |
Good to know: Bundles, CUSMA, and Product Groups may be hidden if unused for your account; Product Groups needs the feature enabled.
Add a product — Click Add Product. On Details, set SKU, Name, and Currency (required). Optional: UPC, warehouse location, weight and units, dimensions and size unit, order tags, HS code, country of origin, customs description.
Manufacturer (DDP and CUSMA) — Name, address, city, province/state code, postal code, country. Use English letters, numbers, and common punctuation only. Click Verify Manufacturer; a green badge means MID is ready. After verification and approval, the block locks; changing the manufacturer name clears MID and requires verify again.
After you save — Classification shows DDP status, HS guidance, duties, materials, and CUSMA-related signals. CUSMA appears when DDP is Approved and manufacturer country is Canada, the US, or Mexico.
Edit — Open a row in the table. Everything except SKU can change; click Update Product to save.
Import CSV — Import CSV → download template if needed → upload → review preview (matched vs new) → confirm. The job runs in the background; status moves through Pending → Queued → Processing → Completed or Failed.
Export — Export downloads CSV with product and customs fields.
DDP status reference
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Missing Information | Complete required data to proceed |
| N/A | Not in scope for DDP |
| Pending | Not yet submitted for classification |
| Processing | MID or HS work in progress |
| Approved | OK for DDP shipments |
| Ineligible | PGA or other restrictions block DDP |
| Confirmation Required | Confirm suggested HS code |
| Verification Required | Complete manufacturer MID verification |
| Classification Failed | Automated classification error |
| Manufacturer Failed | MID verification did not succeed |
Typical path to Approved — Add product and manufacturer → Verify Manufacturer → submit/wait for classification → confirm HS when prompted (or Ineligible if restricted).
Using products on shipments — Selecting a saved product can auto-fill name, customs description, HS code, origin, declared value, weight, dimensions, and MID. Override flags (name, value, weight, dimensions) make catalog values win over store-imported data when set.
