Bulk and manual tools

  • Import Details — upload a file to update many returns at once.
  • Create Label — create a manual return label without an existing return record. This is useful for proactive return management — for example, sending a return label to a customer before they ship the item back.

Invoices tab

Open Invoices for return-related bills. Download PDFs from each row for accounting.

Portal tab

See which connected stores have the customer-facing returns portal enabled. Click a store to adjust branding, policies, and contact info. Full setup is in Customer Returns Portal.

Agreements

Before processing returns, accept:

  • Returns Agreement — Stallion returns terms, processing, and billing.
  • CARM Agreement — required for CBSA-related processing of goods re-entering Canada.

You may be prompted to accept these agreements before your first return processes. Both are accessible from the Returns page header buttons on desktop.
