Creating a Stallion account is free and takes only a couple of minutes. There is no monthly fee and no minimum shipment volume — you only pay for the labels you purchase.

Signing up for a Stallion account is free and takes a couple of minutes. Here's what to expect and what to do after registration.
How to sign up
- Go to ship.stallion.ca/register.
- Enter your business name, contact name, email address, and a password.
- Provide your business address — this is the address Stallion uses for billing and account communication.
- Submit the form. You'll receive a confirmation email.
- Open the email and click the verification link to activate your account.
What to do once you're in
After your account is activated, your next step is to complete the First-Time Setup Checklist. It walks through:
- Adding a payment method and enabling auto-refill
- Setting your shipping defaults
- Connecting a store (if you sell through Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or another platform)
- Choosing label format and print settings
- Turning on 2FA for account security
You can create shipments at any point — your wallet just needs enough balance to cover the label cost.
