The Shipping Process: How It Works
A simple 3-step overview of how to ship with Stallion Express — from creating your label to dropping off your package. Perfect for first-time users.
Step 1: Create the shipment
Start by creating the shipment through the workflow that fits your situation:
- create one shipment manually
- import orders from a connected store
- import a file for bulk work
Make sure you have the address, package details, and any required customs details before you buy the label.
Step 2: Purchase the label from your wallet balance
When you confirm the shipment, postage is charged to your Stallion wallet balance.
If you do not have enough balance yet, add credits in Billing before continuing.
Step 3: Print the label and hand off the package
After purchase, print or download the label, attach it to the package, and then use the handoff method that fits your workflow:
- drop off the package
- schedule a pickup if that service applies to your shipping method
Before your first shipment
Make sure you have:
- an active account
- enough wallet balance
- the package weight and dimensions
- the recipient address
- customs details when the shipment requires them
