Intelcom Standard
Intelcom Standard offers affordable domestic parcel delivery with an estimated delivery time of 2–8 business days. Packages can weigh up to 50 lb with maximum total dimensions of 70 inches. Shipments are fully tracked with proof of delivery available, and a signature option is offered. Intelcom does not deliver to PO boxes. Returns are charged at the original postage cost plus applicable tax.
Canada Post Expedited
Canada Post Expedited provides reliable domestic delivery in 2–8 business days. Packages can weigh up to 50 lb with maximum dimensions of 100 inches (L+W+H). Shipments are traceable with a signature option available. PO box addresses are accepted, making this a strong choice for recipients in rural areas.
Canada Post ZoneSkip
Canada Post ZoneSkip is designed for cost-conscious, high-volume shippers. Packages are consolidated and transported closer to the destination before Canada Post handles final-mile delivery. Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days with a maximum weight of 50 lb and maximum dimensions of 70 inches (L+W+H). Shipments are traceable and PO box addresses are accepted.

FleetOptics Express delivers in 2–3 business days, serving major metro areas across Canada.
FleetOptics Ground
FleetOptics Ground provides economy ground delivery in 4–7 business days with coverage across Ontario.
Whiz
Whiz is a Canadian regional courier covering Ontario, British Columbia, and Quebec, with three speed tiers:
- Whiz Standard — 2–3 business days in ON and BC, with extended-lane service available between Ontario and Quebec (2–4 business days).
- Whiz Next Day — Next-business-day delivery within Ontario or British Columbia.
- Whiz Same Day — Same-business-day delivery for Ontario-origin shipments delivering within Ontario.
Coverage is determined at the postal-code level, so availability for a given address is confirmed at the rates page when creating a shipment. All Whiz services include full end-to-end tracking, and labels are standard PDFs (no thermal printer required).
ICS Express
ICS Express provides fast domestic delivery in 2–3 business days.
ICS Ground
ICS Ground offers economy delivery in 6–10 business days.
Good to know: If your recipient has a PO box, choose Canada Post Expedited or ZoneSkip; Intelcom cannot deliver to PO boxes.

US Economy
US Economy is the most affordable option for cross-border shipping to the United States. Delivery times vary and shipments are non-tracked. A thermal label is mandatory — paper labels are not accepted for this service. Tube (cylindrical) packaging is not supported for US Economy — use a standard box or poly mailer instead.
USPS Ground Advantage
USPS Ground Advantage provides tracked ground shipping to all US addresses with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days. Maximum package weight is 70 lb and maximum size is 130" (length + girth) with full tracking throughout transit.
USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail offers faster delivery in 1–3 business days with full tracking. Maximum package weight is 70 lb and maximum size is 108" (length + girth). If you are using USPS-branded packaging (envelopes or boxes), you must use a Priority Mail label — other service labels cannot be used with USPS packaging.
USPS Media Mail
USPS Media Mail is the lowest-cost option for shipping eligible media items such as books, CDs, and DVDs. Estimated delivery is 2–8 business days with full tracking. Maximum weight is 70 lb and maximum size is 108" (length + girth). Only qualifying media items may be shipped with this service.
UPS Ground
UPS Ground delivers to US addresses in 1–5 business days with full tracking. Packages can weigh up to 150 lb with a maximum size of 165" (length + girth), making it a strong choice for heavier shipments.
UPS Express Worldwide Saver
UPS Express Worldwide Saver provides expedited cross-border delivery in 1–3 business days with full tracking. Maximum package weight is 150 lb and maximum size is 165" (length + girth).
FedEx Ground

PostNL Packet
PostNL Packet is designed for lightweight international parcels weighing up to 4.4 lb. Both tracked and non-tracked options are available. IOSS and EORI numbers are supported for shipments to the European Union, simplifying customs clearance. Undeliverable PostNL Packet shipments cannot be returned to sender — they are handled by the destination postal service and may not be recoverable. Make sure your recipient's address is accurate before shipping.
PostNL Parcel
PostNL Parcel handles heavier international shipments up to 44 lb with full tracking throughout transit. IOSS and EORI support is included for EU-bound packages.
APC Logistics
APC Logistics provides international delivery with consolidated tracking. Weight limits vary by destination. APC is a good option when shipping to destinations not well served by PostNL.
Prohibited Items for International Shipments
The following items cannot be shipped internationally through Stallion:
- Perfume and cologne
- Lithium batteries (standalone or in devices)
- Aerosols and compressed gases
- Flammable liquids or solids
- Toxic substances
- Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
- Live animals
- Liquids over 100 ml
Which Carrier for Which Destination
For most European destinations, PostNL is the preferred choice due to its strong network and IOSS support. For destinations outside of Europe or where PostNL coverage is limited, APC Logistics offers broader international reach. Check the available services for your destination country when creating a shipment.
Tracking
International shipment tracking is done directly through the APC or PostNL tracking portals. You can find tracking links on your shipment detail page in the Stallion dashboard.
Good to know: Stallion does not ship third-party postage for international shipments. All international labels must be created through the platform.
